GENERAL INFORMATION

Frozen and glazed products are packaged according to the buyer’s request in a plastic bag prescribed for food products and in a cardboard box with net or gross weight of 5 kg.

Vacuum-packaged products are prepared with 0.5 kg weight per package.

At the buyer’s request the products are packaged in the packaging designed by the buyer and suitable for the consumer.

The goods exported by us have been produced according to the applicable requirements of the European Union and by the companies recognised by the EU. Good manufacturing practices as well as strict hygiene and quality requirements are complied with in production. All the production processes are in conformity with the HACCP requirements and the products go through a quality control on a daily basis. The fish is filleted manually to obtain the best quality.

Kapite Trade OÜ has the highest (AAA) credit rating category. The rating system was established in Sweden in 1989 and is presently used in nine European countries. Only 4% of the Estonian companies have achieved the highest credit rating level. AAA rating shows our customers and partners that our company is successful, reliable and has good creditworthiness.
